The room was spotless and had AC, the breakfast was authentic, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

will be back and recommend it. the venue is deluxe, it offers savoury breakfast and has nice location close enough to a safari. the staff are very friendly and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Our stay at Panoramic Royal Villa in Sigiriya was wonderful. the two days we spent there were lovely. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast accompanied by beautiful views of Lion Rock and a selection of fresh fruits. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Plus, the location in the jungle added to the overall charm of the experience.

My family members and I appreciated being there. There were comfortable beds and an iron with an ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk in the double room. The hotel is a short walk to two cafes with good food as well as the center of Sigiriya.
